The entire credit card transaction is processed by 2checkout.com, an internet leader in Credit Card transactions (international orders) and Authorize.net (orders within the United States).
Peruvian-Maca.com does not receive the credit card information.

The information facilitated by the customert on different forms installed in our website will not be object of processing of any type, except the essential to guarantee a correct operation of the service. Thus, this information will be exclusively used for identification and storage of the machine from which our services was requested and only to verify the veracity of the request. Once verification is done, this information will be destroyed.
Stats. Peruvian-Maca.com records the access data with two counters on every web page and the logs server. These data are for internal management use in order to determine the statistical impact of search engines. The IP, operating system and other data, are not associated to personal data.
Data concesion. No information will be shared with third parties, including companies or partners that in a near future could be affiliated with Peruvian-Maca.com.
Cookies. Peruvian-Maca.com does not process user profiles or consumer habits. Our Web does not have cookies or similar programs.
SPAM. Spam or mail unsolicitaded from Peruvian-Maca.com is prohibited. If a customer receives spam from Peruvian-Maca.com, they must contact us, and we will begin the corresponding investigation about the incident. PGP. Peruvian-Maca.com has the capability to send and receive PGP signed and encrypt emails. If customer requests it, all mail will be sent using PGP technology.

If you have purchased through us and you are not completely satisfied, then return all of the unused product in the original container along with an explanation via UPS to the following address for a refund less shipping/handling:

Orders received by 2 pm Central Time on the internet, by fax, or by phone will usually be processed and shipped the same day. On especially heavy volume days your order may be delayed. If your order does not ship within 48 hrs we will attempt to contact you regarding the delay.
In the case of backordered items, we will contact you if the delay in processing exceeds 7 days from the time your order is received. You will have the option to cancel the order.
All returns are refunded based on the unused portion. Empty bottles will not be accepted. We do not refund for shipping.
Any shipment returned for credit or exchange must be returned freight prepaid within 30 days after receipt of shipment.
For your protection: Have delivery person note on freight bill the nature and extent of damages.
Do not destroy packing materials until shipment is inspected.
Contact Peruvian-Maca.com customer service if the product has been damaged.
